Hi there,
ReplyDeleteJust wondering would you have any recommadation on places that does good job hemming jeans around ACT? I know it'll be quite impossible to get chainstitch done but i'm hoping they still able to turn out as close as the originals.
Thanks!
Hi there,
ReplyDeletetried to find one but failed.
do let me know when you find a good tailor.
Cheers,
Jing.
ic, thanks anyway... I'll try to look harder maybe... since most of the places give me a face of "wth are u talking about" when i asked about chainstitch.... i may just have to hem it to a bit longer... wear it and then hem it again when i find a place which does proper stitching.... hmmmmm
ReplyDeleteYeah I had a similar experience when I was in Melbourne.
ReplyDeleteYou may bring that to any of the stores of Selfedge, Blue in green, or take5. Alternatively, ask them for a favor, post to them and pay the fees.
Wait, forgot to mention:

Adelaide-based store. I have been there last Dec.

They have a proper machine and you may call them to see what they can do.
Good luck :)
